How we helped Microids increase awareness and wishlists for Fallback: Uprising through influencers.

THE BRIEF

Fallback Uprising is an indie action game published by ENDROAD and MICROIDS on Steam. In order to raise awareness for the game’s release, they reached out to us to launch an influencer campaign. The goal of this project was to reach a highly relevant audience in the German market. In Fallback Uprising, players take control of the remnants of humanity, exiled to a subterranean city after an ecological disaster. Volunteers search for captured rebel leaders ready to join the fight against their former caretakers-turned-jailers.

THE GAME PLAN

For this awareness campaign, we carefully assembled a selection of influencers and negotiated reasonable rates. In order to raise awareness for the game, we ultimately worked with top german speaking influencer FRÄULEIN FREITAG. As a result of the campaign, she reached more than her 40k+ followers in two Twitch streams.
